Alias Resolution Based on ICMP Rate Limiting
Our PAM 2020 paper introduces Limited Ltd., an alias resolution tool that uses ICMP rate limiting to find which IP addresses belong to the same router, including IPv6 routers that existing techniques cannot handle.
