For the past year and a half, I have been working on a project called nxthdr in my spare time. Today, this side project has become an official French association loi 1901 (non-profit organization). nxthdr operates a global network infrastructure designed specifically for Internet research and education. The platform offers flexible, worldwide active measurements from our own autonomous system and provides peering capabilities through multiple Internet exchanges.
